We're open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm for order pickup and bike test rides. We currently do not service bikes, but we hope to have a fully-featured retail and service shop open soon.

Please contact us via chat or email before coming in for a test ride so that we can be prepared for you with the bike(s) you're interested in.

No need to contact us ahead of time for order pickup, as long as you've already received the "Your order is ready!" email from us.

If you're lucky enough, you might even meet Tom, our most frequent office pup.

While we pay for the shipping, boxing your bike is your responsibility. Save the hassle and drop it off. It's easier, faster, and avoids any potential damage in shipping. Plus, this typically results in your bike getting on our site faster.

Already purchased your bike with us? Save money by selecting local pickup. You'll get your bike faster and be able to see it/ride it in person before you take it home. This makes it easy for us to make any last minute adjustments you need and answer your questions in real time. Plus, you save on the environment by us not using any packaging materials.
